Talk presentations should be no more than 12 minutes followed by 2-3 minutes for questions.
Teaser talks: You will be provided with 4 minutes to briefly present the background and essential data of your research. Please only prepare 5 slides and resist the temptation to cram in all your data, be sure to direct us to your poster session and number. There will be no questions from the audience following your talk.
We plan to record all oral presentations for meeting attendees to view at a later time-point.
In person posters should be no bigger than 42” width x 60” height.
Virtual posters will be presented by Zoom. Presenters also need to upload their poster as a PDF file by Sunday (Sept. 18, 2022) by noon time (EST time).
